Designed for a hungry bunch or for 12-15 people. Our largest assortment contains large portions of 5-6 cheeses and 4 different charcuterie items for your group to nosh. Served alongside with assorted dried and fresh fruits, nuts and olives. This collection also has jams and/or honey, candied nuts, chocolate and cookies. Served on a 22”x12” ecofriendly palm leaf platter. Crackers and cookies come wrapped separately.

We keep in Italian tradition when making these beauties. These trays come with Parmesan, Provolone, Asiago and fresh Mozzarella cheeses, along with traditional Italian cured meats. Accompaniments may include roasted red peppers, olives, marinated mushrooms, artichoke hearts, homemade tomato bruschetta and more. Platters may also include salami wrapped mozzarella sticks, Caprese skewers, Antipasto skewers, pesto sauce and/or olive tapanade or depending on the size of the platter. Garnished with baby arugula and served with fresh baked crostinis and a cracker assortment on the side.
